1. Information We Collect

MindTrade is designed with privacy as a core principle. All data you enter into the app stays on your device.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device:

• Trade Entries: Your trade logs, including dates, profit/loss, emotions, notes, and any screenshots you attach
• Settings: Your language preference and theme selection
• Backups: Export files you create are stored in your device's local storage or shared to locations you choose
• Premium Status: Whether you've purchased premium features (verified through Google Play)

We do NOT have access to any of this data. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect your data, we don't use it. All processing happens locally on your device:

• Calculating your trading statistics and analytics
• Generating charts and insights from your trade history
• Displaying your emotional patterns and performance trends
• Creating backups when you request them

Everything happens offline, on your device, under your control.

3. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your data with anyone. Period.

The only time your data leaves your device is when YOU choose to:

• Export data to CSV and share it
• Create a backup file and save it to cloud storage
• Take screenshots of your stats and share them

4. In-App Purchases

MindTrade offers premium features through a one-time in-app purchase. All payment processing is handled by Google Play Billing.

• We do NOT collect or store your payment information
• Google Play processes all transactions according to their privacy policy
• We only receive confirmation that you made a purchase (not your payment details)

5. Third-Party Services

MindTrade uses the following third-party services:

Google Play Billing

Used for processing in-app purchases. Google may collect transaction data according to their privacy policy.

Expo Framework

Used for app infrastructure and updates. Expo may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve their platform. We do not enable any Expo analytics that would identify you personally.

6. Data Security

Your data security is important to us:

• Local Storage: Data is stored using your device's secure storage (AsyncStorage with encryption)
• No Cloud Sync: We don't sync your data to any cloud servers
• Device Protection: Your data is protected by your device's security features (screen lock, encryption, etc.)
• Screenshots: Stored in your device's photo library, protected by your device's permissions

7. Data Retention & Deletion

You have complete control over your data. You can delete it at any time by:

• Using the app's built-in data management features
• Clearing app data in your device settings (Settings → Apps → MindTrade → Clear Data)
• Uninstalling the app (this removes all local data)

Note: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered unless you have a backup.

8. Children's Privacy

MindTrade is intended for users aged 18 and older. The app deals with financial trading concepts that are not appropriate for children.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us immediately.

9. International Users

MindTrade is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device, there is no cross-border data transfer to our servers (because we don't have servers storing your data).

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time
• Portability: Export your data as CSV or backup files
• Deletion: Delete all data through app settings or by uninstalling
• Control: You control what data you enter and when you delete it

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we make changes:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Significant changes will be announced within the app
• Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
